The Hamilton Tiger-Cats are bringing back another pair of players for next season, as the team announced re-signing offensive lineman Coulter Woodmansey and American defensive lineman Cedric Wilcots II.

Woodmansey started at interior linemen in 17 regular-season appearances and one postseason game in 2023, helping to pave the way for running back James Butler to rush for over 1,000 yards on the year.

Hamilton originally drafted Woodmansey in the first round of the 2020 CFL Draft, and he has made 39 starts in 41 games over three seasons.

Wilcots, on the other hand, barely saw the field for the Tiger-Cats last year, missing all but one game due to injury.

In 2022, Wilcots recorded four defensive tackles, one sack and one forced fumble in 14 games. He was originally signed by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers that year, but Hamilton traded for him in the middle of the season in exchange for defensive back Aiden Darby Jr.

Last week, the Tiger-Cats secured contract extensions for three offensive linemen, including All-Star Brandon Revenberg, Brandon Kemp and Jakub Szott.
