
Indiana Football To Wear Black Uniforms Against Akron
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana football revealed new uniforms Monday night on social media.
The Hoosiers will wear black jerseys, black pants, black gloves and crimson helmets with a block "I" on Saturday against Akron. The team called these the Adidas "Ghost" uniforms.
Along with the above video, Indiana posted various pictures of the new uniforms. The black jerseys feature crimson numbers, and the black pants have a crimson stripe down the side.
Here's a closer look.

The jersey features the same "Hoosiers" font used in previous Indiana uniforms, along with Big Ten and Adidas logos.

Kickoff between Indiana and Akron is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET at Memorial Stadium in Bloomington, Ind. Coach Tom Allen and the Hoosiers enter the game with a 1-2 record, including a 23-3 loss to Ohio State, a 41-7 win over Indiana State and a 21-14 loss to Louisville.
