Iowa is firmly in the picture for four-star Florida cornerback Graceson Littleton. The Hawkeyes are joined in the pursuit by an impressive list of programs, including Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma and Penn State.

Littleton (6-0, 180) visited Iowa City on Saturday. He stopped at Penn State on Tuesday. He's also been to Kentucky and South Florida this year.

"I visited Iowa because I was interested in them," Littleton told HN. "I feel good about them. I was impressed after experiencing the visit."

You could say Littleton's stock is on the rise. Since Jan. 19, the Tampa Wharton High junior has reported 32 scholarship offers.

Kansas State was the first to offer, when it did so during a November game-day visit. In addition to the schools already mentioned, Georgia Tech, Iowa State, Michigan State, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Ole Miss, Pitt and Central Florida have extended opportunities.

Iowa offered him a scholarship on Feb. 2. The Hawkeyes' defensive reputation led him to visit.

"I liked meeting with the coaches and just taking it all in and experiencing everything. I enjoyed watching the practice and seeing the way (coordinator) Phil Parker conducts the defense," Littleton said.

Parker recruits well in Tampa. Former Hawkeye Dane Belton, current Hawkeye Jarriett Buie and future Hawkeye Rashad Godfrey all hail from that area.

"They like my footwork, speed & football IQ. They like my personality mostly, and they explained how they’re very picky with the guys they choose," Littleton said of the Hawkeyes.

He appears to be fast. Littleton looks skilled and quick on his junior highlights, too. He'll help on special teams as well.

The On3 Industry Ranking lists Littleton as a four-star prospect. It sees him as the No. 27 cornerback nationally in the 2025 Class and the 34th-best overall recruit in Florida for the cycle.

Littleton is sorting through a lot right now when it comes to recruiting. The flurry of great offers has him playing some catchup in getting to know programs and staffs. He hopes to keep doing that with the Hawkeyes.

"I just look to continue building this relationship with them. Nothing specific, but learning more about them as well," he said.

Littleton said he could end up officially visiting Iowa. If he does, he'll focus time on checking into the academics.

"For college I am not too sure exactly what I will study. I am interested in sports medicine, exercise science & sports management," he said.
