Two stock risers from Kentucky's exhibition win over Georgetown College

Tre Mitchell had an excellent game for the Cats, where he led both teams in scoring and rebounds. Mitchell scored 22 points and was one rebound away from a double-double with nine. The best thing about Mitchell's game was the fact that he was 4-5 from beyond the arc. If he can do this often for the Cats this season, it will spread the floor and help this offense flow well. We saw against Georgetown College how valuable Mitchell will be to this basketball team and how much he will help down low until the three seven-footers are back and ready to go. 

Rob Dillingham came off the bench for the Cats, but he won't for long if he continues to play like he did against Georgetown College. He had 16 points, shooting 7-11 from the field. He was 1-2 from deep and added three rebounds, five assists, and two steals to the stat line. Talking to Dillingham, I quickly learned he is a great person who cares more about his teammates than himself. Dillingham will become a fan favorite in Lexington very soon and will work his way into one-and-done status. He had the best performance of all the freshmen and proved why it will be so hard to keep him off the court.
