- Mississippi State will be represented by Sema'J Daniels (track and field) and Riley Hull (softball) at the Southeastern Conference's Career Tour in Atlanta next week. It's the seventh time (2016-19, 21-23) student-athletes from each SEC university will convene for the tour leading up to the SEC Football Championship Game.
Per Pro Football Focus, former first-round draft pick Charles Cross earned the top pass-blocking grade among all offensive linemen in the league last week at 90.7. Cross did not allow a sack or a single pressure in 42 passing downs by the Seahawks in their 17-16 victory over the Rams.
