• Sean East III tallied a game-high 21 points for Mizzou men's basketball, his sixth 20-plus point game this season. His six 20- point games are the most by a Tiger through 10 games since Jordan Clarkson in 2013-14.
• Kansas shot 2-for-12 in the first 8:30 minutes of Saturday's game, which is good for a 16.6 percent field-goal percentage. However, the Jayhawks still outshot the Tigers 44.6 percent to 41.4 percent.
• Kansas did not allow Missouri to have a second-chance point.
