Signing day is closing in for football recruits, and Missouri has a plethora of targets they are zeroing in on.

Courtney Crutchfield

Crutchfield is a 6-2, 175-pound receiver from Pine Bluff, Ar. He was committed to the Arkansas Razorbacks for over six months until announcing his decommitment. Soon after backing out, he received multiple predictions to join Coach Eli Drinkwitz and the Tigers.

Crutchfield is a composite 4-star, ranked No. 140 in the country, while also being the No. 21 receiver in the nation. He would be the third receiver commit of the class for the Tigers and the second-highest ranked prospect in the class according to composite rankings.

J’Marion Burnette

Burnette is yet another decommit the Tigers are targeting, in his case from Auburn on Nov. 25. The running back stands at 6-1, 220 pounds and comes from Andalusia, Ala. Burnette has an official visit planned in Columbia on Dec. 8.

Burnette has been active on social media, posting about the Tigers when he gets the chance. The Mizzou target officially received his offer four days before decommitting from Auburn and isn’t known to be taking any other official visits.

He is a composite 4-star as well, ranked No. 260 in the country. Burnette is also the No. 17 running back and would be the only official backfield commitment for the Tigers.

Trajen Greco

Greco decommitted from Georgia Tech on Nov. 25 and the Tigers quickly became a contender. However, he also received an offer from the USC Trojans on Dec. 5.

Greco, a 6-1 180 pound safety, would become the Tigers second-highest recruit of the class. He is a composite 4-star and would be the second 4-star defensive back for Drinkwitz for the upcoming season.

The Tigers seem to be in the driver's seat for Greco, but USC’s offer may throw a wrench in his recruitment. Greco unofficially visited Columbia on Nov. 18, which came seven days before his decommitment.

Everyone Else

The three above are the obvious targets, but there may be others the Tigers are zeroing in on. Kewan Lacy, a Nebraska running back decommit, was in attendance when the Tigers knocked off the Florida Gators. Lacy is also being pursued by schools like Alabama and Ole Miss.

Current Arkansas commit Ashton Bethel-Roman visited the Tigers on Nov. 18 against the Gators, but there hasn’t been much more information since his visit. Bethel-Roman is a composite 4-star receiver from Missouri City, TX.

There are two in-state recruits who remain uncommitted that the Tigers may take a look at. Kansas City-area edge rusher  Jayshawn Ross hasn’t shown any signs of choosing Missouri, but being close to home may prove to be a factor.

The other in-state prospect is receiver David Dossett, a composite 3-star. The Tigers more than likely will be in on him because of his proximity to home.
