Johnny Rodgers 50-Year Heisman Celebration in Kearney

This year is the 50th anniversary of Nebraska's Johnny Rodgers winning the Heisman trophy in 1972. One of the events to commemorate this milestone is a dinner and watch party for the Nebraska-Purdue game on Oct. 15. 

The event will be at Legacy on the Bricks, an event center in Kearney. It includes a steak dinner, open bar and Purdue game watch party. Tickets are available online at this link. When my good friend and Heisman Brother Eric Crouch first told me what he wanted to do to celebrate my 50th anniversary, I was overwhelmed with emotion. This is going to be an amazing event.
