The Stanford Cardinal have gone 3-1 thus far in February, with their lone loss coming at the hands of USC thanks to a historic performance by freshman sensation JuJu Watkins.

They then blew out a shorthanded No. 7 UCLA and took down both Washington and Washington State. Following their latest win, and losses around the country suffered by other top teams, the Cardinal saw a boost in their ranking.

They jumped up three spots from No. 6 in the country to No. 3 in the country according to the latest AP Poll

The two teams that are ranked ahead of them are Ohio State at No. 2, and South Carolina at No. 1 who is still undefeated. Both Iowa and North Carolina State fell down the rankings, making way for Stanford to return to the top three after not having been in the top three since December.

The Cardinal have a rivalry matchup this Friday against Cal, before taking a week off. They then will play two teams at or below .500 before a matchup with No. 11 Oregon State and Oregon to conclude the year.
