Interim Head Coach Jerry Kill kept his press conference short and sweet, as he is focused on getting the players ready for this weekend rivalry matchup against the Baylor Bears. Coach Kill had high praises for his colleague Gary Patterson, of course. But, Kill is ready to make the TCU family proud again, and make sure that Patterson gets the respect he deserves.

“It’s been emotional getting ready for this game against Baylor," said Kill, "but we are getting ready together and we are playing for TCU and Gary Patterson!”

Coach Kill is ready for the challenge. He knows how fast and physical Baylor can be, so as he stated in the press conference,

"We have to come ready to play," said Coach Kill, "I haven't done this in a long time, but I am ready for the challenge and to make TCU proud again. You will not have to worry about me using social media because I do not know how to use it."

Coach Kill made it obvious that his goals for the remainder of the season are to win football games and get TCU back on track. TCU's next for a head coach needs to be a good one who understands the process with the transfer portals, the NIL deals, and much more. TCU's next move for their next coach needs a guy that can adapt to this generations language.
