Crossing the Goal Line: Predicting the TCU vs West Virginia Football Game

Chandler Morris and the offense seem to connect more each game. He seems to be getting more confident with every snap he takes. TCU also has better stats offensively, both passing and rushing yards. I think the Horned Frogs' offense will be a little much for the Mountaineers' defense.

TCU has been excellent at slowing down and stopping the run this season. They have been averaging 85 rushing yards allowed. This will greatly help the Frogs in this game because the Mountaineers can't rely on running the ball; they will have to throw it.

TCU is playing another night game at The Carter, which is good for both teams to escape the Texas heat. It also allows the teams to wake up and get their minds right before the game. It is always nice to have a night game because it gives ample time to get up and get ready. You can also expect the stadium to be packed because it's the blackout game and won't be deadly hot.

Emani Bailey is on pace to be the best running back in the Big 12 and one of the best in the nation. He has rushed for 100+ yards in three of the four games this season. He leads the conference in rushing yards and has been hard to stop all season. I expect another 100-yard-plus game and for him to continue to shine.

The Frogs are getting more and more confident each game. They are taking care of the football better and simply just playing as a team. TCU's defense also stepped up big time against SMU last game and had a few huge takeaways. I expect them to gain more momentum and keep it up. I can't wait to see how the rest of this season will pan out. They look to be on the way up!
