No. 18 Colorado hosts Colorado St. at 10 p.m. on ESPN, and, of course, "College Game Day" is there. But so is Fox's "Big Noon Kickoff." The interest in Deion Sanders and his team is so high that ESPN is airing both "First Take" and "The Pat McAfee Show" from there on Friday.
The Buffaloes, favored by three touchdowns, will win easily on Saturday, but then the schedule gets tough -- at Oregon (Sept. 23), USC (Sept. 30).
It's a crummy college football Saturday. No Top 25 matchups, although No. 5 USC is the only team with a bye week. Too many large point spreads. But, like pizza, any college football is good college football.

Major League Baseball is going virtual. MLB announced that it will host the first regular-season game at its virtual ballpark when the Tampa Bay Rays host the Los Angeles Angels on Sept. 20. Grill your own hot dogs.
