This game is top of the list and for good reason as, according to Steven Lassan, "This mid-September showdown could be an early preview of the Big 12 Championship Game." With OK State making an appearance in the conference championship and Utah coming in and immediately taking the top spot in pre-season rankings, this is bound to be a heavyweight bout.

Utah vs BYU

This is the one every Utah fan has circled on their calendar. This will be the first time these two arch rivals will face off since 2021 when the Utes lost in surprising fashion. There's not much more to say other than the Holy War is one of the best rivalries in the game, and it always spells for a close game and intense atmosphere.

After last year's embarrassment in the desert, this game may be a close second to the Holy War in the eyes of the Utah faithful. A fellow Pac-12 program, these two programs have history that will make this year's matchup an electric one, especially with Utah looking for revenge.

This game comes in rather low on the list, however it could be the sleeper game of the season for Utah as both teams have stout defensive units. With it being the last home game of the season for the Utes, the stakes will be high as they will look to make a push to the conference championship and ultimately the playoffs. With this meeting being the first in almost 50 years, it'll being interesting to see how these two try to figure each other out on the field.
