USATSI_19989806_168388303_lowres

Playoff places and seedings are on the line every night for the rest of the NBA regular season, and Wednesday's 10-game slate brings us more key battles to enjoy. The Cavaliers, Pelicans, Celtics, Hawks and Thunder all boosted their prospects with wins on Tuesday, but the picture could change again after 20 teams have taken the floor for tonight's games.

Two of Wednesday's top games are the Warriors taking their 8-29 road record to Dallas to play the Mavericks and the Suns visiting the Lakers in the final game of the night. Our experts are looking elsewhere for their NBA expert picks tonight, however.

We'll outline our NBA expert picks tonight below, along with details of how new DraftKings Sportsbook members can benefit from a fantastic introductory offer to bet $5 on any money line and receive $150 in bonus bets if your team wins. PHILADELPHIA 76ERS VS. CHICAGO BULLS PREDICTION: 76ers -3.5 (-105) at DraftKings Sportsbook

NBA Expert Picks Tonight, March 22nd

The play our experts like most of our NBA expert picks tonight is the 76ers -3.5 (-105 at DraftKings) as they visit the Chicago Bulls. The 76ers have already clinched a playoff place with a 48-23 record but are only three games back of Eastern Conference leaders the Milwaukee Bucks and one game behind the Boston Celtics, who currently hold the second seed.

The Bulls have won their last three games to strengthen their hold on the 10th spot in the East standings, half a game back of the Raptors. These teams played each other in Philadelphia just two days ago, with Chicago winning 109-105 in double overtime, but the Sixers are expected to reverse that result even though they are now on the road.

Joel Embiid scored 37 points in his first career loss to the Bulls but James Harden could manage only five. The Sixers get a chance to put that right immediately as the teams meet for the fourth and final time on Wednesday. Philly has won 12 of their last 14 games against the Bulls and won't worry about the venue as they are on a six-game winning streak on the road and have covered the spread in their last six games at the United Center.

The Bulls haven’t won a regular-season series against Philadelphia for six years, and they are in solid form with DeMar DeRozan, Zach LaVine and Nikola Vucevic scoring 72 points between them in Monday's game. They might need a repeat of that to hold off the Sixers this time, though, and with improvement surely expected from Harden after his flop on Monday, the Sixers have a strong chance of getting the win they need to keep the pressure on the Celtics.

NBA Best Bets Tonight Featuring 76ers & Spurs

The 76ers are favorites for their game, but we also like the chances of a huge underdog in our NBA expert picks tonight. The San Antonio Spurs are being given a monstrous 17.5-point start on the spread for their game against the Milwaukee Bucks, but they have a solid chance of at least keeping the home team in sight.

The Spurs are just 19-53 overall on the season and 6-28 in road games, but they have won two of their last five games, against the Magic and Hawks, and went into overtime against both the Mavericks and Grizzlies before losing by single-digit margins. Last night's 119-84 loss to the Pelicans was the first time the Spurs had not been competitive for some time.

The Spurs beat the Bucks in the teams' first meeting of the season by a 111-93 score in November, and they have covered the spread in eight of the teams' last nine meetings, winning four of the last six. If the Bucks give their best effort, they should still win with no issues, but that was also the case when they met the Pacers last week and lost 139-123 at home despite being favored by 14 points.

The Bucks have won 13 of their last 15 games, but they have injury concerns with Goran Dragic, Meyers Leonard and Jae Crowder all ruled out, while Thanasis Antetokounmpo is also unavailable tonight. This is a massive spread, and there are reasons to think the Spurs could at least stay competitive. Therefore, we'd recommend backing the Spurs +17.5 (-110 at DraftKings).
