NBA Playoffs Injury Report - Sunday, April 23, 2023

Eight teams from both the Eastern and Western Conferences will continue their first-round playoff series on Saturday. Here are all of the key injury updates you need to know for all of the teams in action.

The 2022-23 NBA regular season has come to an end and with the Play-In Tournament coming to an end, it is officially time for the playoffs to begin!

On Sunday, April 23, eight teams from both the Eastern Conference and Western Conference will continue their respective first-round series, as the Cleveland Cavaliers will take on the New York Knicks in Game 4, the Sacramento Kings will play Game 4 on the road against the Golden State Warriors, the Boston Celtics will take on the Atlanta Hawks in Game 4 in Atlanta and the Denver Nuggets will be in Minnesota with intentions of closing out their series with a 4-0 sweep against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The Timberwolves are the only team facing elimination on Sunday, as the Knicks will look to increase their series lead at home to 3-1 and both the Warriors and Hawks will look to even their series up at 2-2 on their home floors.

Warriors Injuries: Ryan Rollins (foot) - Out, Andre Iguodala (wrist) - Out, Gary Payton II (illness) - Probable, Jordan Poole (ankle) - Probable


Eastern Conference Playoffs First-Round Game 4: [2] Boston Celtics (2-1) vs. [7] Atlanta Hawks (1-2) - 7:00 p.m. ET.

Celtics Injuries: Danilo Gallinari (knee) - Out, Marcus Smart (back) - Questionable, Jaylen Brown (face) - Available

Hawks Injuries: NONE


Western Conference Playoffs First-Round Game 4: [1] Denver Nuggets (3-0) vs. [8] Minnesota Timberwolves (0-3) - 9:30 p.m. ET.

Nuggets Injuries: NONE
