UPDATED: NBA Playoffs Injury Report - Friday, April 21, 2023

Six teams from both the Eastern and Western Conferences will continue their first-round playoff series on Friday. Here are all of the key injury updates you need to know for all of the teams in action.

The 2022-23 NBA regular season has come to an end and with the Play-In Tournament coming to an end, it is officially time for the playoffs to begin!

On Friday, April 21, six teams from both the Eastern Conference and Western Conference will continue their respective first-round series, as the Boston Celtics will take on the Atlanta Hawks in Game 3, the Cleveland Cavaliers will play Game 3 on the road against the New York Knicks and the Denver Nuggets will battle it out with the Minnesota Timberwolves in Game 3.

The Celtics and Nuggets will be looking to take a commanding 3-0 series lead on the road, while the Knicks and Cavaliers play an important Game 3 with the winner taking a 2-1 lead in that series.

Below is a list of every game set to take place today, as well as every team’s injury report with their updated status leading up to tip-off in each game:

Knicks Injuries: Jericho Sims (shoulder) - Out


Western Conference Playoffs First-Round Game 3: [1] Denver Nuggets (2-0) vs. [8] Minnesota Timberwolves (0-2) - 9:30 p.m. ET.

Nuggets Injuries: Nikola Jokic (wrist) - Probable

Timberwolves Injuries: Naz Reid (wrist) - Out, Jaden McDaniels (hand) - Out, Josh Minott (ankle) - Questionable, Jaylen Nowell (knee) - Questionable, Rudy Gobert (back) - Questionable
