UPDATE: NASCAR can control pretty much everything surrounding its races except for one very dirty four-letter word, namely R-A-I-N.

Unfortunately, the wet stuff deluged Dover Motor Speedway on Sunday. As a result, the Wurth 400 NASCAR Cup race has been pushed back to today (Monday).

Now, that leaves us with yet another dirty four-letter word for many of you, namely you have to W-O-R-K today.

So if you can't watch the event live, make sure you set your DVR.

Here's the key information you need:

* The green flag is scheduled to drop at Noon ET.

* The race will be televised live on FS1.

Thankfully, the forecast from the National Weather Service has the chance of precipitation at only 20%. The high for the afternoon is expected to be 61 degrees.

So we hope you enjoy the delayed race. With Dover being one of only two all-concrete surfaces in the sport (the other is its sister track, Bristol Motor Speedway), look for a great event.

Drivers and race fans, start your engines -- and keep those TV remotes warmed up!

Virtually every major racing series is in action this weekend, including Formula One, IndyCar, NASCAR, NHRA, WEC, ARCA and others.

You're not going to find a more complete and comprehensive schedule -- which includes dates, times and channels for everything from practice to qualifying to actual races themselves -- than from our own Jay Wells.

Alright you hot rodders, get ready to get your motors started. There's a lot here to digest:
