Injury updates; personnel notes for the Atlanta Braves

Alex Anthopoulos gave updates on the health of several Braves pitchers, as well as Atlanta's plans for Vaughn Grissom

The Atlanta Braves didn't have the postseason success anyone expected, dropping the NLDS in four games to the Philadelphia Phillies for the 2nd straight game.

But general manager Alex Anthopoulos is already hard at work trying to improve the roster as the franchise shifts into offseason mode sooner than they expected to.

In various media appearances on Friday, here's what Anthopoulos said about several Braves players who have questions about their future, either injury or lineup related:

Sep 23, 2022; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA; Atlanta Braves infielder Vaughn Grissom (18) reacts after striking out against the Philadelphia Phillies in the fourth inning at Citizens Bank Park.
Sep 11, 2023; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA; Atlanta Braves starting pitcher Kyle Wright (30) throws a pitch during the first inning against the Philadelphia Phillies at Citizens Bank Park.
Sep 17, 2023; Miami, Florida, USA; Atlanta Braves starting pitcher Charlie Morton (50) throws a pitch against the Miami Marlins during the first inning at loanDepot Park.
