Last week the baseball world made headlines when White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson and Guardians third baseman Jose Ramirez squared off for one of the biggest brawls in recent memory.

The fight between the two players has been a topic of discussion inside of MLB clubhouses. Despite being NL West rivals, star Dodger and Diamondback players have made a truce that they would never fight each other.

On the latest epidote of Mookie Betts' podcast, On Base with Mookie Betts, he sat down with D-Backs outfielder Corbin Carroll to discuss how their seasons are going.

During the conversation, the Anderson-Ramirez fight was brought up. Carroll revealed that Arizona had a players only meeting about the brawl. The D-Backs came to the conclusion that if one of their teammates were to be knocked out like Anderson, everyone will be there to help.

That prompted Betts to talk about his role when a brawl occurs.

"Im just going to be pulling people out of there," said Betts. "Don't expect me to come throw elbows. Punches. Im just not made like that." (Via On Base with Mookie Betts)

Carroll agreed with the Dodgers right fielder and the two made a truce.

If the Dodgers and Diamondbacks were ever to get into a benches-clearing brawl, Betts and Carroll will find each other and hold each other back.

As the Dodgers and Diamondbacks continue to fight for the NL West title, tension could heat up as the season goes on.

It's good to know that the superstars for both teams will be the peacekeepers if chaos ensues.
