The Dodgers pummeled the Rangers' bullpen for five runs, including two in the seventh and three in the eighth after the teams exchanged leads early.
Corey Seager's tie-breaking home run in the sixth gave the Rangers a 5-4 lead before the Dodgers scored two against Alex Speas in the seventh, and five more combined against Cody Bradford and Grant Anderson in the eighth and ninth innings.
Meanwhile, the Dodgers held the Rangers to four hits.
Both teams struggled with their control on the mound, with each walking eight.
