Women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey defeated Bethe Correia to win UFC 190.

In a battle of undefeated fighters, Rousey, the heavy favorite, came out with a flurry of punches and kicks, with Correia unable to land a solid blow. It took her all of 34 seconds to end the fight.

“I planned to overwhelm her striking first, so she would try and go for the clinch first, and that's exactly what happened,” Rousey said after the fight.

Rousey and Correia have been talking trash since May, when Correia said she hoped Rousey “wouldn't kill herself” after losing their fight. Rousey, whose father died by suicide when she was a child, shot back on Twitter, saying that her father “would be with her” as she fought. On SI Now this week, Rousey called the fight the “most important of her career,” and explained Correia's comments were “tactless” and made things personal.
