Miami Still Searching For That `Breakthrough' Stretch

The Miami Heat were playing arguably their best basketball of the season in November.
At one point, they won seven straight games. With the NBA All-Star Break approaching, they once again want to find that groove.
The Heat have won three of the last four, so a turnaround could be in the near future.
"As long as you approach it the right way, you rally around solutions, rally around each other and get to work, you can actually have breakthroughs," Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. "I'm not going that far right now to say we've had a breakthrough. We still got a long way to go but at least it's a start."
The Heat are coming off a 121-95 victory against the playoff-contending Orlando Magic. A win tonight against the San Antonio Spurs should give them plenty of momentum entering the three-game stretch against the Boston Celtics, Milwaukee Bucks and Philadelphia 76ers, all top five seeds in the Eastern Conference.
This is good as any time for the Heat to show they are ready for a strong finish.
"We'll see," Herro said. "We have another game [today]. If we lose, the fans are going to think it's the end of the world. We're going to take it one day at a tie and see what happens."
