Talk about a balanced effort out of the Grizzlies. You would never have noticed that Ja Morant was sidelined on Wednesday, as it was a complete team effort from Memphis. The Grizzlies were paced by a surprising 22 points and 13 rebounds from Xavier Tillman.

Wednesday, that did not come to fruition, as Anthony Davis made just four of 14 shots from the field, scoring only 13 points (with nine rebounds) while Austin Reaves also struggled. Reaves had previously emerged as a strong option for the Lakers, but he finished with just 12 points, although Rui Hachimura continued to be a force off the bench with 20 points.

We know that James is not going away quietly and we can also feel comfortable expecting a bounce back effort from Davis. Additionally, despite the victory on Wednesday, the Grizzlies will run into some trouble either without Morant or with a limited Morant.
