Nikola Jokic's Status vs. Chicago Bulls Revealed

After defeating the Dallas Mavericks on Friday night, the Denver Nuggets are facing the Chicago Bulls on the last half of a back-to-back on Saturday. With this being the second game in as many nights, superstar center Nikola Jokic is listed on the injury report; however, he is listed as probable, meaning he is expected to play.
Jokic was also listed as probable vs. Dallas, and of course ended up playing, which is the likeliest outcome for this game as well. Having dealt with some back discomfort, Jokic has still been every bit as dominant this season as he was all of last season and last postseason. Picking up right where he left off in the NBA Finals, Jokic again looks like the best player in the world to begin the new season, which is something not everyone saw coming.
Having partied a lot over a summer that was shortened due to Denver being the last team standing, Jokic has shown no signs of being out of shape to start the year. While fans saw the videos of him partying, the work he was putting in on his body and his game was not as public, but it's clear that was very much a part of his offseason as well.
Expected to play in this game vs. Chicago, Jokic will look to lead Denver to another win.
