Nikola Jokic's Injury Status for Denver Nuggets vs. Atlanta Hawks

The Nuggets have released their injury report for this game

The Denver Nuggets are facing the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday night, and Nikola Jokic is being listed as probable on the injury report with left hip inflammation. Jokic has appeared on the injury report quite a bit recently, but he has been playing through the discomfort.

Having missed just three games all season, Jokic is one of the most durable stars in the entire NBA. This is one of the biggest reasons why Denver is such a force, because not only do they have an incredible roster, but their best player is out there almost every single night. This has been especially important with Jamal Murray missing so much time this season, as Jokic’s co-star has only played in 54 games. Murray has missed the last seven games for Denver, but is expected to be back before the playoffs begin.

Denver certainly feels that they have a chance to repeat as champions if fully healthy, and they are the favorites many places to do just that. With a star like Jokic, the sky will always be the limit for Denver.

This game against the Hawks certainly one they should get, especially if Jokic ends up playing. Currently listed as probable, the expectation is that Jokic will play, which certainly leaves Denver as the heavy favorites to come away with a win.
