Nikola Jokic's Updated Injury Status vs. LA Clippers Revealed

The Denver Nuggets have updated their injury report

The Denver Nuggets are facing the LA Clippers in Los Angeles on Thursday night, and star center Nikola Jokic has officially been upgraded from probable to available. Jokic was listed on the injury report with left hip and right wrist inflammation, but the Nuggets have since upgraded him to available.

Jokic has been listed on the injury quite a bit recently, which suggests he is playing at less than 100%. One of the most durable players in the NBA, it takes a lot to knock Jokic out of the lineup, and he will once again be in there for Denver on Thursday.

This is a big game for the Nuggets, as they enter Thursday night's game in a tie with the Minnesota Timberwolves atop the Western Conference. Neither the Thunder or Timberwolves have allowed the Nuggets to run away with the first seed, and that battle will likely come down to the final week of the regular season.

Looking to repeat as champions, the Nuggets understand that health is everything. Star point guard Jamal Murray has been sidelined recently, and while he is not able to return for this game against the Clippers, he is getting closer. The Nuggets hope to have their star duo of Murray and Jokic fully healthy for the postseason as they look to win another title.
