Houston Rockets vs. Denver Nuggets Preview: How to Watch, Injury Reports, Lineups, More
The Houston Rockets (9-9) will have their fourth matchup of the season with the defending champion Denver Nuggets on Friday in the Ball Arena. The Rockets will be looking to build off of their win on Wednesday night against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The team was fueled by the fact that they had six players scoring in double digits, with Dillon Brooks scoring the most with 23 points. Jabari Smith Jr., who finished the game with six points, recorded a career-high 18 rebounds in the win.
The Rockets will need this kind of play from the entire team if they want to beat the Nuggets on the road. Not only do the Rockets not have a win on the road this season, but the Nuggets have not lost a game at home.
The Rockets have won two out of their last three meetings against the Nuggets but were not able to pull out the win in the last matchup with the Nuggets. Houston's loss came as a result of another great performance by two-time MVP winner Nikola Jokić.
