Jalen Brunson's Status vs. Golden State Warriors Revealed
New York Knicks star Jalen Brunson is being listed as questionable for Thursday night's game against the Golden State Warriors. The injury designation for Brunson is neck cervical spasms, which has his status in question for this game.
Brunson was an All-Star this season for the first time in his career, and it was a much deserved honor. Currently averaging 27.7 PPG and 6.7 APG, Brunson has been one of the best guards in basketball this season. Helping lead the Knicks to a 35-24 record so far, Brunson has his team in fourth place in the Eastern Conference.
The Knicks feel as if they have finally put together a team that can make a serious postseason run, and Brunson is a big reason why. If he is unable to go on Thursday night, the Warriors will have caught a real break. Golden State needs every win they can get right now, as they are trying to climb out of the bottom of the play-in tournament bracket. The Warriors have been playing better basketball as of late, but they still have a lot of work to do.
This game against the Knicks will be a big test for Golden State, as they look to prove their ability against the better teams in the NBA. New York is certainly one of these teams, and will present a real challenge for the Warriors in this one.
