Packers-Bears second game in NFL history with zero punts

The Packers and Bears combined for 854 yards and 55 points in their game on Sunday, but the offensive fireworks on display rendered another unit historically inactive. The 38-17 Green Bay win became only the second game in NFL history without a punt.

The only other game to accomplish that feat happened in 1992, when the Bills beat the 49ers 34-31.

The Bears faced three fourth downs and were 2-for-3 on conversion attempts, including a fumbled snap that Jay Cutler picked up and ran for a 16-yard gain

The Packers faced three fourth downs and attempted a field goal each time. One attempt was successful, one was blocked and the Bears committed a penalty on the third to give the Packers a first down.
