Former Baltimore Ravens Running Back Could Sign With Cincinnati Bengals Rival
The veteran running back could sign with another Bengals' rival.
CINCINNATI — Former Ravens running back JK Dobbins is visiting the Chiefs on Tuesday according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The former Ohio State star visited the Chargers last week and "is expected to have a home very soon" according to Schefter.
Dobbins is recovering from a torn Achilles and has dealt with multiple injuries over the past few seasons. He averaged six yards-per-carry in 2020 and clearly has talent to be effective when healthy.
If the Chiefs add Dobbins, then it could be a sign that former first round pick Clyde Edwards-Helaire is going to sign elsewhere.
It wouldn't be shocking to see the Bengals kick the tires on Edwards-Helaire, especially if they don't add a running back early in the 2024 NFL Draft.
