Look: Trent Brown's Contract Details With Cincinnati Bengals Revealed

The Bengals signed the veteran last week.

CINCINNATI — The Bengals signed Trent Brown to a one-year contract last week. The veteran offensive lineman is expected to start at right tackle this season.

Brown's deal includes $2 million guaranteed and $1 million in per game roster bonuses. His cap hit is $4.4 million this season according to OverTheCap.com.

The Bengals essentially gave Brown a $2 million signing bonus and he can earn another $2.4 million if he's on the team and appears in all 17 regular season games.

Brown was a huge get for the Bengals. Not only does he bring experience to their offensive line, but he fits their offense. He's comfortable in a drop back passing scheme. This is a great value signing by Cincinnati.

The Bengals' offensive line has won five Super Bowl rings combined. Brown has one, Ted Karras has two, Alex Cappa has one and Orlando Brown Jr. has one. The Bengals are hoping Brown is the missing link in their quest to protect Joe Burrow.
