Bucs Game: Buccaneers' Rachaad White Scores Game-Tying Touchdown Against Lions
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have found themselves in a Divisional Round battle against the Detroit Lions. It's been a tight game as the Buccaneers have continued to match whatever scoring the Lions have done so far.
Baker Mayfield is leading the Buccaneers offensively as he's thrown for 259 passing yards and two touchdowns with an unfortunate interception that bounced off Mike Evans' hands.
Just before halftime, Mayfield found Cade Otton in the end zone to tie the game up at ten points apiece. Of course, the Lions scored late in the third quarter, which was matched by the Buccaneers. Mayfield hit running back Rachaad White on a screen pass that saw him walk into the end zone.
The touchdown tied the game at 17 points apiece as the Buccaneers continue to play from behind in the game.
Shortly after the Buccaneers responded with a touchdown, the Lions scored again as Jahmyr Gibbs took a 31-yard rush to the end zone.
The Buccaneers will have to come away with a big stop and execute on some offensive drives to capture a lead in this one, and fourth quarter time management will prove to be incredibly important as the two teams search for a big to the NFC South.
