Will Tom Brady Join FOX Broadcast for Super Bowl 57?
In May of last year, former Buccaneers' quarterback Tom Brady signed a 10-year deal with FOX Sports to join the booth to begin his broadcasting career. As you'd expect, this deal was massive between Brady's team and FOX Sports inking a deal to keep him secured so that once he would eventually retire, he'd be joining their broadcasting team.
Brady announced his retirement last week on February 1st and since then questions started stirring up if he'd end up joining Greg Olsen and Kevin Burkhardt in Glendale, Arizona, to call the Super Bowl between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philidelphia Eagles. Per The Athletic, Brady will not be joining his future crew in the booth to call the game. He will be watching just like the rest of us.
Since announcing his retirement, Brady has been seen spending time with his family and children enjoying some well-deserved relaxation after a roller coaster ride of an 8-9 season to finish off his year with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Now instead of watching film to prepare for opponents on Sundays, he'll be studying to bring his knowledge to the broadcasting booth which shouldn't be too hard to do coming from the 7-time Super Bowl Champion quarterback.
The Chiefs and Eagles clash in the 57th Super Bowl on February 12th at 6:30 PM EST on FOX.
