Watch: Cardinals Edge Prospect Tyree Wilson at NFL Combine

The Arizona Cardinals have a few different options if they stay with the third overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. Texas Tech edge rusher Tyree Wilson is rising up draft boards and could potentially be the pick.

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Arizona Cardinals have already begun their homework on the 2023 draft class.

Guys such as Jonathan Gannon and Monti Ossenfort are here in Indianapolis for the 2023 NFL Combine alongside most of the football world to evaluate the next crop of players to enter the league.

At pick No. 3, the Cardinals have a plethora of options - the more popular ones being either Jalen Carter or Will Anderson.

However, a new name was thrown in the ring by NFL insider Daniel Jeremiah: Tyree Wilson.

"Look, to me the way I have them stacked, like, I think Jalen Carter is the best player in the draft from Georgia, and I think that Will Anderson is the second best player," Jeremiah told reporters in his press conference prior to the combine.

"But I know in talking to people around the league and when I do mock drafts, you're trying to get just a feel and the potential outcomes there and not just doing the same exact thing every single time.

"I know that there's teams that have it really, really close, and some actually even prefer Tyree Wilson to Anderson just because of the size and the length and the attributes that he has there."

Wilson met with reporters at the combine this morning. Here's the opening portion of his time at the podium:
