Chargers News: JC Jackson Exits to Medical Tent, Raises Injury Concerns
Chargers star cornerback J.C. Jackson exited practice and headed to the medical tent after an apparent injury during practice Friday morning.
Chargers inside for the LA Times Jeff Miller was among the first to report via Twitter.
It was a series of panic and relief for a moment as Miller initially said he was heading to the medical tent, then said he was just at the bikes by the medical tent, and then said he finally headed into the medical tent.
The end result was that he indeed ended up in the medical tent.
According to Miller, he was limping after taking a rep, and this is the last thing you want to see as a Bolts fan.
Jackson spent the majority of last season rehabbing from a season-ending knee injury he suffered in Week 7 of the 2022 season.
The 27-year-old was brought along last offseason to bolster the secondary alongside Derwin James, but that didn't happen as Jackson struggled to find his footing with the team when he was healthy.
Hopefully, this injury isn't too serious, and we get to see Jackson reach his full potential with the Chargers.
We wish Jackson the best and will provide an update when available.
