Bills Running Back Damien Harris Exits Game After Scary-looking Hit

Harris has been taken to a local hospital for further evaluation on his neck injury.

Buffalo Bills running back Damien Harris took a scary-looking hit with 3:32 left in the first half when, on 3rd-and-1, he took the handoff from quarterback Josh Allen before getting popped by Giants linebacker Bobby Okereke.

The hit left Harris motionless before medical officials rushed to attend to him.

Harris was immediately stabilized on a backboard before being loaded carefully into an ambulance. As he was loaded into the ambulance, he gave a very encouraging thumbs up.

The Bills announced Harris suffered a neck injury but that he has movement in his arms and legs. He was being transported to a local hospital for further treatment and evaluation.
