Power Rankings

In SI.com’s training camp power rankings, the Benglas are second and the Packers are 17th. Wrote Conor Orr of the Bengals: “Unlike the Chiefs, the Bengals have made some pretty aggressive swings in free agency, including for former Kansas City star Orlando Brown Jr. Cincinnati’s continued insistence on beefing up its offensive line shows a heightened sense of urgency.”

What’s Next for the Packers?

The Packers will practice on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday before hosting the New England Patriots at 7 p.m. (Central) Saturday night. Sunday’s practice is closed to the public; Wednesday and Thursday will be against the Patriots. Monday’s practice will start at 10:30 a.m.; times for the joint practices have not been announced.

The Last Word

Coach Matt LaFleur on Jordan Love:

“Like I said many times, it’s not just about Jordan. You look at our receiving corps, there’s not a receiver over a second-year player. You look at the tight ends, I mean, we’ve got two rookies out there. So, it’s just, I would say it’s the collective, the whole offense in particular where there is a little bit more inexperience, a little bit more youth, to see kind of where you are at the moment.”
