Henry will always be one of the legends of the Titans' franchise, but will now hope to plant his feet firmly (while also running a lot) in the culture that is the Ravens' organization. The former Alabama running back spoke on what challenges he sees adjusting to a new team and culture.

“When you’ve been somewhere eight years, there are changes with the people in the organization, just getting to know everybody and getting everybody to know me," Henry said. "[Learning] the culture and how to do things around here I don’t think will be hard.
"I think I will get acclimated pretty [quickly] by the guys around here. Here, it’s very family oriented [and] a great brotherhood, but no. [I’m] not worried so much about that; [I’m] just excited for what’s in store and getting to know everybody and getting into the swing of things. I’m trying to help in any way possible around here.”
Henry has a ton of miles on his body after eight seasons in Nashville. In 119 regular season games played, Henry has tallied 9,502 rushing yards on 2030 carries with a 4.7 yards per carry average.
In Baltimore, he'll be used differently ... and potentially a lot less, probably extending the end of his career.
The Ravens boast a number of other offensive weapons - not the least of which is quarterback Lamar Jackson, who led the team in rushing yards last year.
