Alvin Kamara has pleaded not guilty to all charges in a Las Vegas courtroom on Thursday morning. His trial is set for July 31, which is going to be during Saints training camp.

Recent developments saw a Clark County grand jury indict Kamara, Chris Lammons, Darrin Young, and Percy Harris on charges of conspiracy to commit battery and battery resulting in substantial bodily harm following a beating outside of a Las Vegas nightclub in February 2022. Video has also surfaced from the event.

Kamara did not see a suspension last season, but could next season regardless of how things play out.

The NFL's Personal Conduct Policy has several layers to it, but states the NFL will avoid any interference and may await the outcome of law enforcement proceedings before completing a league investigation.

Any time the league becomes aware of conduct that may violate the policy, it will undertake an investigation conducted by the NFL Special Counsel for Investigations and Conduct, who will oversee the NFL’s investigatory procedures and issue initial discipline for violations of the policy.

We'll see how things play out, as always. However, this is a rather big development for the Saints running back.
