Seattle Seahawks NFL Schedule 2023 Release: Games, Odds & Prediction
After losing long-time quarterback Russell Wilson to the Denver Broncos in the offseason, not many had the Seattle Seahawks high on their list of NFC contenders entering the season. However, the Seahawks shocked the NFL, recording a significantly better 2022 record (9-8) than the Wilson-led Broncos (5-12) and securing a playoff berth.
The ascension of Geno Smith into a full-time, productive starter at quarterback, as well as the rise of rookie ball carrier Kenneth Walker III, played a major role in this success, and the Seahawks’ roster only improved in the offseason. Below, we’ll provide the full Seattle Seahawks NFL schedule for 2023 and analyze the team’s outlook for the season before explaining how to qualify to earn $150 in bonus bets through FanDuel Sportsbook.

Seattle Seahawks 2023-2024 Season Prediction, Picks & Best Bet
Heading into the 2023 season, the Seattle Seahawks are one of the biggest wildcards in the league. Expectations were low last season after Russell Wilson’s departure, but the team proved doubters wrong with a playoff appearance and winning record. With key contributors including QB Geno Smith, RB Kenneth Walker III, WR D.K. Metcalf, WR Tyler Lockett, TE Noah Fant, LB Bobby Wagner, S Jamal Adams and CB Tariq Woolen returning, this Seahawks team will have all the pieces that led to a solid 2022 season. However, they’ve also added plenty of talent in the offseason.
The trade that sent Wilson to the Broncos returned several valuable picks for this year’s draft, and the Seahawks did very well in maximizing their value. They drafted one of the most proven ball carriers in Zach Charbonnet to complement Walker, perhaps the top WR prospect in Jaxon Smith-Njigba to create a three-headed monster at receiver as well as one of the top cornerbacks in the draft class in Devon Witherspoon. All three project to earn significant snap counts and should only improve the team.
Looking at the Seattle Seahawks NFL schedule for 2023, the Seahawks will be treated to a relatively easy front half of the year. They open at home against the Rams before a bit of a test on the road against the Lions. They’ll then take on the Panthers at home and the Giants on the Road: all four of their opening games are very winnable. They’ll then go on bye before traveling to play in their first real test of the year against the Cincinnati Bengals.
They’ll then get two easier matchups (Arizona and Cleveland) before taking on the Ravens in Baltimore, another difficult matchup. After that, they’ll have two more games where they’ll likely be favored: the Commanders and the Rams. However, things get significantly harder after their second Rams matchup. From Week 12 on, they’ll play the 49ers, at the Cowboys, at the 49ers, the Eagles, at the Titans and then the Steelers before wrapping up with a matchup against Arizona. While the Arizona matchup to close the season is nice, the Seahawks will face a gauntlet of opponents in the second half of the season.
Still, we have a hard time believing the Seahawks won’t at least match their production from last season. While there’s a bit of a tough stretch on the schedule, there are also more than enough must-win games for them to go over .500.
The big question is if they can edge out the San Francisco 49ers, who hold slightly better odds to win the NFC West at (-175). We think the Seahawks’ (+260) odds to win the division are enticing, and – given the Seattle Seahawks NFL schedule 2023 – think that a division title and winning season are both well within their grasp.
