Report: Players Contacting Buccaneers Wanting to Play With Tom Brady

According to ESPN'S Adam Schefter, "Since word surfaced that Tom Brady is expected to land in Tampa, an unexpected high number of players have reached out to the Buccaneers to let them know they want to join the former Patriots’ QB there." The Buccaneers and Tom Brady are currently still in contract negotiations, but it appears that hasn’t stopped players for wanting to join the six-time champion in Tampa Bay. Earlier this week Brady announced via social media that his time as a New England Patriot was over. It wasn’t long before talks of him signing with Tampa Bay began to take over NFL headlines. Brady’s impressive NFL resume would attract any player in the league, but he is coming off one of the worst statistical seasons of his career. Time will tell if the 42-year-old quarterback still has what it takes to compete at a high level.
