The Beavers and the Bruins were scoreless at halftime in Los Angeles last Sunday. Then, in the 53rd minute, UCLA was awarded a penalty kick, but the shot bounced off the post and out of bounds.
The Huskies, meanwhile, are coming off of a 1-1 draw against San Diego State last on Oct. 29, where Nate Jones found the back of the net thanks to an assist from Imanol Rosales. With the draw, Washington moved to 5-5-6 in the regular season.
