On Saturday night, No. 22 Stanford will hit the road and head to Berkeley to take on Cal in the final Pac-12 game of the season. The Cardinal are currently in fourth place in the Pac-12 standings with a conference record of 2-2-5 and an overall record of 8-3-5. The team's most recent game resulted in a tough 3-1 loss to No. 21 UCLA. The Bruins scored in the first three minutes to take an early 1-0 lead, but the Cardinal was able to hold them off for the remainder of the half. UCLA came out of the locker room and scored another quick goal to make it 2-0 in the 47th minute before putting in the third goal five minutes later. Noah Adnan finally put Stanford on the board in the 74th minute, but it was too little, too late for the Cardinal.

The Golden Bears are currently sitting just above Stanford in the conference standings with a Pac-12 record of 3-3-3 and an overall record of 7-5-5. In its last outing, Cal played to a narrow 1-0 victory over San Diego State on Sunday. The Aztecs outshot the Bears 16-13 with five shots on goal, but they couldn't beat Connor Lambe in net who made all five saves to help the team earn its fifth shutout of the year. The lone goal of the game was scored by Adrian Guzman just before halftime and the Bears were able to hold the Aztecs off to add three points to their tally. 

Stanford and Cal met earlier this year and the game resulted in a 1-1 draw.
