Team USA cruised against No. 4 Australia on Friday, winning 11-2 to reach this game. If the United States wins today it will be its 11th title. The U.S. is also the defending champs and looking to become the first back-to-back champion since 2002.

Team USA scored in every quarter against Australia but its defense was truly elite. The United States held Australia to just a goal in each of the first two quarters and then shut out its opponent in the second half. The team found a variety of ways to score as eight different players got in on the action. Michael Sowers and Ryan Conrad lead the way with two goals and an assist apiece.
Team Canada took care of business handily against No. 3 Haudenosaunee by a 12-7 final. Canada led wire-to-wire and will be an incredibly difficult opponent today. Canada will be making its sixth consecutive championship appearance. This is going to be a great rivalry game for all the marbles.
