It has been a tough start to the spring for the Marlins as they won just twice in their first eight games. The Marlins nearly made a surprise run to the playoffs and are hoping to take the net step this year.

Saturday they will have their split squad at home against the Marlins, while the rest of the team is on the road to take on the Houston Astros.
