The Marlins take on NL East foe Nationals on Saturday night in spring training action.

The Miami Marlins hit the road on Saturday night to take on the rival Washington Nationals. It will be the second game in four days between the two teams. The Nationals won the first game 9-3 and they also won their first meeting back on February 25th 6-3. They still have two more games between each other and the Marlins are trying to get a win against them finally. The Nationals are on the other end of the standings and are trying to find a way to climb out of the cellar of the NL East.

They had a much better start to the spring as they won four of their first six games. They have cooled a bit, but are still playing good baseball.

Saturday they will have their split squad at home against the Marlins, while the rest of the team is on the road to take on the Houston Astros.
