The 2023 Pep Boys NHRA Nationals has taken over Maple Grove Raceway in Pennsylvania for one of the biggest events of the season. The drag racing action started on Wednesday and ran through into the weekend. There are just five events left on the calendar this year after the Pep Boys NHRA Nationals with every driver looking to make an impact, collect points and make a push to be crowned the top driver this season. As of this writing the Top Fuel classification is in the semifinals while Funny Car, Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle are all in the quarterfinals in their respective ladders. The final races are going to be electric with the top drivers in each classification all in contention today.

In Top Fuel, Tony Schumacher takes on Steve Torrence in one semifinal while Leah Pruett takes on Doug Kalitta in the other semifinal.

Over in the other three classifications, the quarterfinals feature top names like John Force, Robert Hight, Matt Hagan, Gaige Herrera and others who are all in contention to win the 2023 Pep Boys NHRA Nationals this year.

After this event the series heads to North Carolina and the zMAX Dragway for the NHRA Carolina Nationals at the end of September starting on the 22nd.
