Lamar Jackson is playing at an MVP level. But can he get enough help from his supporting cast and defense to overcome an AFC North rival? Joe Burrow and the Bengals have won two straight after dropping their opening two games and are looking to take advantage of a long layoff, having not played since Sept. 29.
