Watch Team USA’s World Baseball Classic Opener vs. Great Britain

Today’s sports schedule also features the Big East men’s tournament final.

The World Baseball Classic is back this year, and there are plenty of reasons to tune in. Though games have been going on for a matter of days, Team USA gets going tonight. It’s also another huge day on the hardwood, especially for teams competing for conference titles in the Big 12, Big East, ACC and elsewhere.

World Baseball Classic: Great Britain vs. Team USA

The United States begins pool play in Phoenix with a matchup against Great Britain. The American lineup is stacked. I’ll let Tom Verducci explain: “There has never been a team like this, at least not by net worth.” Yep, this roster is valued at more than $2 billion, according to active contract value.
