Carli Lloyd Returns as Women’s World Cup Analyst: How to Watch the USWNT Legend
Former USWNT star Carli Lloyd will be back in the Fox Sports studio for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, following her debut for the men’s tournament in ’22.
Action kicks off in July, with the USWNT’s first three games scheduled for July 21, July 26 and Aug. 1. The 2023 FIFA World Cup will air live across Fox Sports channels, which can be streamed with Fubo.
”This will be my first (FIFA Women's) World Cup since the amazing run we had in France in 2019, and I’m really looking forward to channeling those memories and sharing my insights when the tournament kicks off in July,” Lloyd said in a news release Tuesday.

Lloyd helped the United States women’s national team to two World Cup titles during her 17-year career playing internationally. In 2015, she became the first person to score a hat trick in a World Cup final game, taking home both the Golden Boot and Golden Ball that same year (those awards go to the top scorer and the best player in the Cup, respectively).
