Kevin “The Motown Phenom” Lee (19-7) makes his return to the UFC when he takes on welterweight contender Rinat Fakhretdinov (20-1) in the marquee bout of tonight’s preliminary bouts inside the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. After losing four out of five bouts, Lee was dropped by the UFC in 2021 but after a successful return to MMA in the Eagle Fighting Championship, Lee re-signed in February and will step into the octagon for the first time since August of 2021. Fakhretdinov is undefeated in the UFC and has won 19 consecutive bouts since his lone professional loss via decision in 2013.

Brazilian featherweight Joanderson Brito (14-3-1) goes for his third straight UFC win inside the distance when he takes on Weston Wilson (16-7), who is making his debut in the UFC. Brito has not stepped into the octagon since an October 2022 win via rear naked choke over Lucas Alexander. Alexander was a last-minute replacement for Khusein Askhabov who withdrew in late June.
Also on the card Yana Santos (14-7) looks to snap a two-fight losing streak as she takes on Karol Rosa (16-5) in a women’s featherweight bout.
Elvis Brenner (14-3) looks to remain unbeaten in the UFC when he takes on lightweight Guram Kutateladze and undefeated Ivana Petrović (6-0) makes her UFC debut against Luana Carolina (8-4) in a women’s flyweight bout.
